Day 01: Arrival / Mumbai
Reach to Mumbai in Maharashtra, India on the Kerala Beaches Tour
with India Tours Catalogue. Our representative will meet you here
and then assist you to check in the hotel. You are then free to
spend the morning at your free will. Enjoy the tour to Elephanta
Caves in afternoon. Return to hotel and stay overnight.
Day 02: Mumbai / Calicut / Vythiri
On the 2nd day, you will be taken to airport to onboard flight for
Calicut in Kerala. Reach Calicut and then our representative will
drive you to Vythiri in Kerala. Check in the hotel at Vythiri and
spend the rest of your day at leisure time. Overnight stay at the
hotel in Vythiri.
Day 03: Vythiri
You can spend your entire day in leisure activities. Stay at the
hotel in Vythiri overnight.
Day 04: Vythiri / Guruvayur
Drive to Guruvayur in the morning. Check in the hotel as you reach.
In the afternoon, make visit to Sri Krishna Temple, also famous
as Guruvayurappan Temple. Please note that non-hindus are not allowed
in the temple. Make a visit to the Elephant Camp at Punnathur Kotta.
It is a place where about more than 40 elephants are primed and
trained. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 05: Guruvayur / Munnar
Take drive to Munnar in the morning. On the route visit Kalamandalam
Dance School. It is a school that gives training in Kathakali dance
drama and other different native performing arts of Kerala. Reach
to Munnar. Check in the hotel of Munnar. Visit the Tea and Spice
plantations in afternoon. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 06: Munnar / Periyar
In the morning, drive to Periyar. Here you will check in the hotel
first. Set out to enjoy a boat cruise on Lake Periyar that lies
in the heart of Periyar sanctuary. Enjoy watching the busy wildlife
in their natural adobes late in the afternoon. Stay overnight at
hotel.
Day 07: Periyar / Kumarakom
Drive to Kumarakom in the morning. Check in your hotel as you reach.
Your afternoon is at leisure. You can relax in the hotel or enjoy
Ayurvedic massage there. Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 08: Kumarakom / Houseboat
Later after morning, onboard to the Kettuvallam. Kumarakom is a
place beside lake that plays as great adobe for rare migratory birds.
Spend your day cruising all over the backwaters or canals of Kumarakom.
Stay overnight on the houseboat.
Day 09: Houseboat / Alleppey / Mararikulam
In the morning, get off the houseboat at Alleppey. Then take a drive
to Mararikulam. Spend your day at beach with beach activities or
have a sunbath. Stay in the hotel overnight.
Day 10: Mararikulam
A soft and pure Mararikulam beach welcomes you in its embrace to
holiday besides the strikingly gorgeous beach in Kerala, South India.
The entire day is at your leisure. Have an overnight stay at hotel.
Day 11: Mararikulam
Enjoy walking barefoot on the soft sands of Mararikulam when the
cool breeze from the sea would caress you. The whole day is free
to enjoy leisure activities. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 12: Mararikulam
In the morning get a drive to Cochin. Check in the hotel as you
reach. In the afternoon take a city tour of Cochin. Enjoy the cultural
performance of Kathakali Dance in the evening. Stay overnight stay
at hotel.
Day 13: Cochin / Mumbai
Get transferred to the airport in the morning. You will catch a
flight to Mumbai. After you reach Mumbai, go on for a city tour
of Mumbai. Get transferred to the airport as per the time of your
flight to take a flight for your home destination. You can also
check in the hotel for an overnight stay and catch the flight next
day.
Day 14: Departure / Mumbai
Board the international flight for your home.
